Milling machines made by Enshu
This vertical machining center adopts Kitagawa CN circle table.
NC lathe made by Hitachi Seiki
The NC lathe made by Hitachi Seiki is used for turning process, its diameter is from Φ10 to Φ70.
NC lathe made by Citizen Machinery
The NC lathe made by Citizen Machinery is used for turning process, its diameter is from Φ1 to Φ16. Since the strength of this machine is mass production process, we use this machine for the production from 1 to 100 pieces. We can produce more than 100 pieces.
NC lathe made by Kitamura
The NC lathe made by Kitamura is mainly used for turning process, its diameter is from Φ3 to Φ20. Especially, the NC lathe is used for screw hole drilling process, its diameter is Φ10 or less.
Milling machines made by Hitachi Seiki
We are able to lock the industrial tool at any place and any angle, and the milling machine is eligible to 5-axis milling. We use Nikken CNC circle table.
Micro hole drilling
We can accept micro hole drilling by lathe, the minimum diameter of the hole is Φ0.07. The drilling process is used by customized machine made from bench lathe.
Molding polishing
It is suitable for setting the surface shape by polishing along the edge of workpieces.
Cylindrical grinding
This machine pushes the grinding stone rotating at high-speed.
Buff polishing
The machine is used for the polishing process by putting polishing material to the surface of buff and rotating the materials. It is useful for smoothing the surface and increasing the shiny appearance after metal plating.
Pin gauge
Our pin gauge can be used for the inspection of small hole because it is made accurately.
Electronic microscope
It makes you possible to measure the workpieces at the accurate magnification.
